AromaTouch is a technique using specific DoTerra Essential Oils to reduce stress, support immunity and increase wellbeing and relaxation

DōTERRA’s AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and contact points of the nervous system. The therapy uses use a specific range of DōTERRA essential oils which are applied using massage techniques in the same manner to ensure a soothing sensation as well as enabling the oils to be absorbed into the system. The oils used are specifically selected to ease stress, reduce inflammation, boost your immunity, balance your body's natural systems and increase overall well-being and relaxation.

Developed by Dr David Hill, a leading expert in integrative medicine and therapeutic applications of essential oils, the AromaTouch Technique improves well-being by reducing physical and emotional stressors and by supporting healthy autonomic function.  Each step includes the application of two essential oils or essential oil blends specifically formulated to support healthy emotional and physiological functions for well-being.

The technique is intuitive and uses DōTERRA CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade™ essential oils to minimise stressors. Each step of the treatment uses two specific essential oils or essential oil blends which support healthy emotional and physiological functions for wellbeing  The massage ensures you will be relaxed and serene whilst  the oils work on the bodies immunity and nervous system to assist with balancing your bodies internal systems and promoting good health.  The results can be felt immediately as well as several days following and as the effects are cumulative regular treatments will promote good health and wellbeing.

What is an AromaTouch Massage?

The Aromatouch technique is a gentle and soothing massage however the techniques uses ensures muscles and tendons in the back and shoulders are all worked upon to ease muscle tension and reduce pain. It incorporates the full back, shoulders, neck, head and feet.

The therapy is undertaken while the client is laid on the therapy couch whilst being fully supported at all times.  Extra cushions can be added and adjustments made to ensure the client is comfortable and relaxed throughout the therapy.

8 Essential Oils are used in the massage and these have been specifically selected by the creator Dr Hill to reduce stress, inflammation and to increase immunity and balance.  Unlike Aromatherapy massage the same oils are used for every client as they each have a specific function which works in harmony with the bodies own systems.   The oils bring the body, mind and emotions back into balance.

The procedure uses only DoTerra Essential oils which are CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade which, unlike other oils, are highly unlikely to cause an allergic reaction.

NOTE: If you would like to find out more about DoTerra Essential Oils please contact me. The oils used in the massage are a small sample of the many essential oils, hair and skin care and home cleaning products that DoTerra produce. Unlike most other essential oils Doterra oils can be ingested internally and applied topically as well as being diffused aromatically.

The health benefits of using oils either in conjunction with or replacing the products in your home or which you use on your skin and hair is significant.
