General

All client’s personal details are treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any third parties
All clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment and will receive a brief consultation as part of their treatment
By signing the consultation form, clients are giving Amethyst&Lotus permission to hold records and data about them
Consultations will only be discussed with the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian
Consultation Forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by Amethyst&Lotus
Treatments will only be conducted if Amethyst&Lotus deems the treatment safe for the client to receive
GP/Consultant permission may be required before treatments can be provided
Amethyst&Lotus has the right to terminate a treatment immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behavior. .Payment will be collected for the full treatment price, provided more than 10 minutes of the session has been completed
Personal information will not be shared with any third parties
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed
The adult must co-sign the client’s consultation form

Payments

Payment can be made by cash or card
Payments to be made prior to appointment or at time of appointment before treatment is carried out
Prices and special offers are subject to change without notice
Receipts can be provided on request
£10 deposit must be made prior to first appointment to secure booking

Notice of cancellation

A minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice must be given. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee being added to your next appointment
Clients who cancel within 24 hours of appointment will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee to be paid prior to next appointment or within 28 days of the cancellation
Amethyst&Lotus has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours’ notice
Amethyst&Lotus has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill
Amethyst&Lotus has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the client is intoxicated or inebriated
Amethyst&Lotus commits to rearranging treatments to a new time and date within two weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible

Sessions

Clients have read and understood these conditions and agree to the terms and conditions set out
Clients confirm consent to the therapy of their choice being carried out
Details of the treatment to be provided, cost and duration of initial consultation and follow up sessions will be outlined at time of booking and again within initial consultation.
Clients will be expected to complete a health questionnaire at initial consultation and to update therapist on each subsequent visit of any changes in health/medication

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for one appointment only
Voucher to be produced at time of appointment
Vouchers can be used as payment towards any available, advertised treatments*
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchange
Vouchers are issued by Amethyst&Lotus and can only be redeemed against our therapy list.
*Vouchers cannot be redeemed against Hypnotherapy sessions
Vouchers to be redeemed within 6months of date on voucher
The whole amount of the voucher must be used as payment for each therapy; no refunds are available for part used vouchers.
Postage will be charged should you wish them to be posted to yourself or the recipient of the voucher.
Refunds are not available for vouchers already paid for and provided

Refer a Friend

Refer A Friend Voucher to be produced at time of appointment
Discount to be given against full cost of therapy
Can be used against any therapy* offered by Amethyst&Lotus
*Refer A Friend Voucher cannot be redeemed against Hypnotherapy sessions
Client and friend can book different therapies when redeeming Refer a Friend Voucher
Voucher redeemable against one appointment only
Discount for client who referred friend only given once friend has attended and paid for their appointment
One voucher provided per therapy session
Only one Refer a Friend voucher to be redeemed per session
Refer a Friend voucher given only on completion and payment of therapy
Cancellation of appointments is subject to cancellation policy as above.
Refer A Friend are distributed at Amethyst&Lotus’ discretion
The clients give the vouchers to people they expect will redeem the vouchers and purchase a treatment

Website content will be authorized and managed at Amethst&Lotus’ discretion, including testimonials
Photographs will only be displayed with the consent of the people in the photograph
Photograph consent may be obtained by Amethyst&Lotus verbally or in writing
No portion of this website may be distributed or reproduced by any means, or in any form, without the prior written permission of Amethyst&Lotus
The expiry date will be within three months after the voucher issue date

Complaints Procedure

If a client wishes to make a complaint about Amethyst&Lotus this must be emailed to the address specified at www.amethystandlotus.co.uk/contact
Complaints must include the date and location of the incident, the full name of the complainant, details of the complaint and a desired outcome following the complaint
All complaints will be taken very seriously and a response will be provided within 28 days
